Today’s Pic is our sweet one last duckie playing in our tub. His crate was in need of serious cleaning, so I brought him up to Beth’s tub, while I cleaned out his crate.
I wasn’t sure what to do at first, but then I realized – ducks like water! So I ran the tub with some water and he had a grand time cleaning himself and playing in the water. He has fresh hay and water and food in a nice clean crate back in the garage where it stays above freezing, now. And he is all squeaky clean. It was so much fun just watching him play and clean himself.
He had two siblings, but they both died. I wish so badly today that they could be here still….
